time to blossom

This poppy has shown its beauty, shared its seeds and is letting its roots dig deep in preparation for winter and its showtime next year.

Our personal blooms are seasonal too.

We often think something is wrong when we don’t bloom year round but even God needed time to rest. We all need time to let our roots nourish us and prepare us for the next season. Without nourishment, the blooms are not as bright or longlasting.

This years gardening has been about digging out invasive things, splitting plants that are too large or root bound and moving those that didn’t thrive where planted.

How often do we not dare to do some digging, splittng or moving?

WE MUST!

Overevaluating ourselves is not good but staying in the same spot – we are limiting our blooms, not sharing our beauty and restricting the multiplcation HE wants to show the world.
