what do the clouds say

We all look for answers from different places.

How often do we ask God first instead of last?

Show me your ways, LORD, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. Psalm 25:4-5

Often when looking for direction, I turn to nature. The wonder of moving trees, crashing shore or rolling clouds have me staring in amazement at how God brings it all together. He keeps everything moving, breathing, sharing His splendor day after day.

But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. John 16:13

Answers aren’t always immediate but reassurance fills me and I know His plans always succeed.

I never thought of that: how God keeps nature moving and breathing. Nothing is ever really stagnate. Destructive sometimes–but I suppose even the destruction prompts rebuilding and new growth.

    • I used to ignore nature or just think of it for needs but the past several years it teaches me a lot about its Creator. There must be death before resurrection, pruning for bountiful harvest and seasons of rest so VERY good point A.M. hugs to you!

I love your blog and artwork. Sometimes I don’t exactly know what the paintings are, but I treat them like clouds and let my imagination take over. Thank you! So I’ve nominated you for the Liebster Award.
