keep going

reach out webWhen you find your sweet spot there is usually sour things waiting to jump in your path.

Nehemiah was a cup-bearer, testing the King’s drinks for poison. That is not a risk-free job. He had a heartfelt passion to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem and received the blessing to go do it.

He knew he had a God assignment and was determined to accomplish it. Others tried to stop him.

How often do we run, fade, or get an attitude when opposition comes our way?

We kept at it, repairing and rebuilding the wall. The whole wall was soon joined together and halfway to its intended height because the people had a heart for the work. Nehemiah 4:6

Most God assignments are not easy. Nehemiah and the workers stood together, ready for battle as they worked.

Are you ready to run or will you fight for what He wants you to do?
