Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth.
Worship the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the Lord is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Psalm 100
Do you dare to SHOUT for joy to the Lord?
Can others see your joyful singing?
Many will give something up for the Lenten season, but I suggest getting something…
more JOY
more GLADNESS
more SONGS
more THANKFULNESS
MORE PRAISE
Is God more attracted to our problems or our praise?
The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1:5
I am thankful he is always willing to hear both. I sure shout to the songs in my car. Probably look like a raving lunatic but I don’t much care 🙂
I’m definitely more open when others aren’t around but a place I feel Him stretching me in a good way…
good read – I always look to David and how he was not ashamed to be undignified in this world so that he may be always joyful in the Lord – 2 Samuel 6:14
I love the heart of David! it’s not really about anyone but the Lord!
amen!
