Living a life of faith means never knowing where you are being led.
Oswald Chambers

With this quote, right away this older painting came to mind. It was created while doing a commission that was stretching me and on the side this little gem came to life. My neighbor loved it so much, I still get to see it on occasion!
One the of parts of the painting and this quote that felt so right to go together was the point of WONDER. Taking the time along the way to see, discover and not just “wonder” about things but ENJOY them and have EXCITEMENT!
The noun definition – a feeling of surprise mingled with admiration, caused by something beautiful, unexpected, unfamiliar, or inexplicable.
I think we are used to dwelling on the verb definition of curiosity to know something or to doubt something.
From Psalm 77 –
11 I will remember the deeds of the Lord;
yes, I will remember your wonders of old.
12 I will ponder all your work,
and meditate on your mighty deeds.
13 Your way, O God, is holy.
What god is great like our God?
14 You are the God who works wonders;
you have made known your might among the peoples.
15 You with your arm redeemed your people,
the children of Jacob and Joseph.
I pray that this week you will experience life with more wonder. We can speculate on what will happen in the world or we can remember, explore and discover more of God’s mighty deeds! Blessings to all!
