I listened to Francis Chan’s Fearless teaching on Vimeo. He spoke on encouraging.

Often we tell others to be more responsible. We make them feel more discouraged. God might call someone to the valley of the shadow of death and we say, “Don’t do it!”

Sometimes we talk others out of what God wants them to do.

encourage –
1. to inspire with courage, spirit, or confidence
2. to stimulate by assistance, approval, etc.
3. to promote, advance, or foster

My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
Colossians 2:2-3

Discernment, wisdom, accountability and challenge are great but keep encouragement in mind.

We ALL need to be encouraged and I pray that you will hear earthly and heavenly cheers say,

“Go! Go! Great job! Keep it up! Dream big!”
